Mandy Nicholls
Born and raised in Calgary, Mandy is a mother of 4 children. Mandy, her husband, and their youngest daughter relocated just north of Rocky Mountain House, AB in spring 2024, in search of a more peaceful life in the country. So far it has been an amazing experience and we have loved it!
Mandy has been an RMT for over 14 years, most of which was spent as clinic manager, at a very busy clinic in Calgary.
Her treatments are more on the therapeutic side, with certifications in hot stone, pre/post natal, active release, and cupping massage.

Pregnancy Massage
Our prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. We use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby. We also provide a pregnancy table for added comfort for expecting or nursing moms. (Please note; pregnancy massage is available at both locations, however the pregnancy table is only available at the Range Road 7-2 location).
Hot Stone Massage
Our hot stone massage uses warm, smooth stones to help soothe sore muscles and promote relaxation. The heat from the stones helps to improve circulation and leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping is a physical therapy technique that uses suction cups to create a negative pressure or vacuum over a specific area of the skin. When the cups are placed on the skin, the vacuum created by the cups helps to lift and separate soft tissue and facilitate its release and mobilization. Cupping can be added to any service at no extra charge.
